PRICE LIST OF REAL ESTATE SERVICES OF THE DASH REALITY COMPANY

Sale of real estate

Our commission for brokering the sale of real estate is in the amount of 3% to 5% of the price of the real estate, depending on the nature and difficulty of brokering the sale of real estate.

At DASH reality, we always have an agreed commission included in the price of the advertised real estate.

• property price from €15,000 to €30,000 commission is individually negotiated with the seller/buyer (minimum €1,500)
• property price from €40,000 to €80,000, at least €3,000
• property price from €100,000 to €200,000 commission is 3-5% of the purchase price (minimum €4,000)
• property price from €200,000 and above, the commission is 3%-5% of the purchase price (minimum €5,000)

The commission includes:

• creation of photo documentation, floor plan and description of the property based on a personal inspection by our experienced real estate broker,
• presentation of the property on all real estate portals,
• addressing clients from our own inquiry database
• after agreement with you, placing an advertising banner on your property,
• conducting inspections of the property (with or without the presence of the owner),
• complete legal service, including the preparation of the necessary contractual documentation for signature,
• securing documentation from the real estate cadastre
• complete preparation of documents for the expert and for the bank (the fee for the expert opinion is paid by the customer of the expert opinion)
• supervision of financial settlement
• submission of the Proposal for the deposit of the Purchase Agreement at the relevant real estate cadastre - payment of the fee
• payment of the basic administrative fee at the real estate cadastre,
• execution of the Protocol on handing over and taking over the property

Real estate rental

When renting real estate, the commission is individual, in the amount of the monthly rent. It is charged to the person who requested the provision of the service (usually the lessor of the property). The minimum amount of the commission for mediation of the rental is 300 Euro.

The commission includes:

• preparation of photo documentation, description of the property based on a personal inspection by our real estate broker,
• presentation of the property on all real estate portals,
• addressing clients from our own inquiry database,
• conducting inspections of the property (with or without the presence of the owner),
• drawing up the Lease Agreement and the Takeover Protocol
• final protocol handover of the property

Buyer's realtor

With the BUYER'S AGENT service - when the consultant helps the client look for real estate, the fee for the service is the same as the fee for mediation of the sale of real estate (in the amount of 2% to 5% of the price of the real estate). Based on the order, it is paid by the person interested in the service.
